About us – Toner Dampproofing Ltd provides a complete property care service in Northern Ireland. Comprehensive surveys are carried out by a Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (C.S.R.T) and below ground waterproofing designs are carried out by a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (C.S.S.W), all treatments undertaken are fully guaranteed, insured & carried out by our highly skilled trained technicians and trade person/s. Establishing problems from the outset can prevent problems from storing up for the future and we would recommend that a survey is carried out to save a great deal of unnecessary work, worry, and cost.

Toner Dampproofing Ltd is a full member of the Property Care Association, (PCA), which is the trade body in Northern Ireland and the UK that works tirelessly to ensure the highest standards of professionalism for those specializing in damp proofing, timber preservation, structural waterproofing, and structural maintenance.

Choosing a PCA member offers peace of mind for customers, as all contractors are vetted before being awarded membership.  To ensure consistency of service, these members are then subjected to auditing procedures once admitted to the Association. Furthermore, the PCA is a founder member of Trustmark.

This consumer protection initiative has been established in partnership with the Government to help property owners find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople to make home improvements.
